高学鲁，博士，中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所研究员（2009年至今），中国科学院大学岗位教授（2014年至今），美国南加利福尼亚大学（2009年11月～2010年11月）、威斯康星大学密尔沃基校区（2016年12月～2017年12月）访问学者，2022年度“中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师”奖获得者。2005年参加工作，研究领域为海洋生物地球化学，在国内外重要学术期刊发表科研论文120余篇，其中SCI收录论文90余篇，2篇为高被引论文；所发表的论文被引5000余次，h-指数为34（Google Scholar）；爱思唯尔2021年和2022年海洋科学领域高被引学者。

主要致力于海洋中生源要素的生物地球化学研究，针对碳、氮、磷等生源要素的地球化学特征与环境行为及生态效应、近海碳循环关键过程与源汇机制、人类活动引起的海岸带生态环境恶化资源衰退机制等关键科学问题，以海岸带为重点研究区域，开展了从流域、河口到近海区域，生物地球化学、环境化学、沉积学的交叉研究，深入探讨了特定人为活动影响和自然条件下，生源要素的浓度、来源、地球化学形态及时空变异，为保护海洋环境、修复近海生态系统、保障海洋生物资源的可持续利用提供了科学依据与技术支撑。
